2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian and that you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Orders

All products sold by Xcasy are handmade and/or customized. Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, appearance, design, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability issues, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, customized, handmade, or shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Xcasy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery.

6. Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Xcasy are handmade and customized. For this reason, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed, it may begin processing, customization, production, or preparation immediately. Therefore, orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Xcasy does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchases made by the customer

• Incorrect size, color, design, or product selection by the customer

• Customer preference or dissatisfaction

• Handmade or customized variations

• Shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Refusal or failure to accept delivery

Handmade and Customized Items

Because each item is handmade and/or customized specifically for the customer, products cannot be resold or restocked. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the item is made or customized for them and is not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact Xcasy through the Contact Us page on the same day the product is delivered.

To submit a damage or defect claim, the customer must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging pending review.

Failure to report a damaged or defective product on the day of delivery may result in the claim being denied.

If Xcasy determines, at its sole discretion, that the product arrived damaged or defective, Xcasy may offer a replacement or another resolution at its discretion. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

Xcasy reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or defective.

7. Product Information Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, size, design, or handmade finish may occur and do not constitute defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Xcasy website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Xcasy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Xcasy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xcasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

11. Privacy

Xcasy shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet outages, transportation disruptions, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
