Yes. Many of our products are customized or made specifically for each customer. Because of this, every order is treated as a final sale once placed.

No. Once an order is placed, it may begin processing, customization, or production immediately. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Please make sure you select the correct phone model before placing your order. Xcasy is not responsible for incorrect phone models, colors, designs, or product selections made by the customer. Orders placed with incorrect information are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Contact Us page on the same day your order is delivered. You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue, and the product must remain unused and in its original packaging while we review the claim.

If Xcasy determines that your item arrived damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement or another resolution at our discretion. Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and the time needed to prepare your handmade or customized item. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Some 3D designs may feel thicker or more textured than standard phone cases. This is part of the unique design and appearance of our products.

We recommend gently wiping the case with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, soaking the case in water, bending the 3D design, or exposing it to extreme heat.
